Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation, if funds have been received over and above the applicable cancellation penalty per the terms and conditions of sale of RockFig Pty Ltd, such funds shall be refunded by RockFig Pty Ltd as soon as possible. No refunds are made for missed services, except in verifiable extenuating circumstances. Verifiable claims will only be considered if received in writing within thirty (30) days of the service being missed, and any refunds made will be at the discretion of RockFig Pty Ltd. In case of a refund, all bank charges will be for the recipient’s account.
